Glow Up with Justice Cancellation Policy

At Glow Up with Justice, we understand that life happens, and sometimes plans change. To ensure we can best serve all our clients, please review our cancellation policy:

1. Appointments:

48-Hour Notice: We kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made within this timeframe will allow us to offer the spot to other clients.

2. Late Cancellations & Rescheduling:

Less Than 24 Hours Notice: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will result in no refund of the booking fee. However, rescheduling within this timeframe will still be accepted without an additional fee, subject to availability.

3. No-Show Policy:

No-Shows: If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, 100% of the booking fee will be charged.

4. Refunds:

Please note that all deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the appointment, no refund will be issued.

5. Emergency Situations:

We understand that emergencies happen. Should you need to cancel due to a verifiable emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.
